Patty’s virtual personal training sessions were a life saver during the shutdown. My son, my daughter and I switched to virtual sessions in March, and we haven’t skipped a beat. Patty’s enthusiasm, motivation, creativity, and sharp eye for form accuracy keep us motivated and in line with our fitness goals. It is amazing what can be done with just a few dumbbells, a fitness ball, and a rubber band.
When I began training with Patty I was a vending machine addict. I was spending well over 150 dollars a month on sodas and junk food. With proper guidance Patty has helped me to kick that terrible habit! When people tell me I must be RICH to have a trainer I simply tell them that my FORMER junk food addiction now pays for my NEW healthy lifestyle! If I can do it anybody can! Thank you Patty!
I've always been active an athletic my whole life. One of my goals was to compete in a figure completion. Patty not only encouraged me but trained me and did my nutrition that helped me lose 3% body fat and 11 inches total! That may not seem like a lot but being 4'11" that was a lot for me. I could not have done this without Pattys help.
I had always struggled with my weight until I started my sessions with Patty. I also had gut issues and I want to feel and look better. Patty gave me food guidelines and the pounds fell off! I've tried other trainers who swear by you can eat whatever you want as long as it fits into your macros, which is totally false! Since eating whole foods and working out with Patty, I have more energy, less gut issues and more self confidence. I've lost over 50lbs Patty knows her stuff! I trust her 100%!
Even though there is no magic pill or potion for getting fit, I found my solution with Patty Dorton. I always thought that I was just a “bigger girl” and cared more about taking care of others, rather than myself. I kept thinking “well maybe one day I’ll figure it out.” Patty truly helped me through countless struggles and life changing events and taught me how to embrace health and fitness as a lifestyle. She took me in as family and treats me like her second daughter. Patty continuously motivates me and inspires me to make healthier decisions and teach me more and more about how our bodies work. With her help, I’ve lost 50 pounds since 2015 and managed to keep it off! I never want to go back to that unhealthy way of life and am so blessed to have someone like Patty there to help me through my journey.

I have been working with Patty for almost a year now. While my weight has not changed much, my clothes fit better, I have more energy, I am seeing my body shape change and can see muscles that I didn't know I had. Patty watches out for your overall health and is very cautious to avoid injury at all times. I highly recommend her!!!
Patty is such an inspiration. Under her guidance I was able to lose 31 lbs and 3 inches in my waist and 3.5 inches in my hips! She is very uplifting and follows her own advice.
I have been working out in person with Patty for over 10 years and virtually since March. My workouts continue to be challenging and varied. We have used equipment that I already had at my home including two three pound and 2 five pound weights, an 8 pound and a 15 pound weight as well as bands and a Physio ball.
I continue to be amazed that Patty can find new and interesting ways to work all my body parts. Her directions are always concise and easy to follow. She has also been able to monitor what I eat and help me keep a positive attitude as I try to eat more healthy foods. I feel so fortunate that we have been able to continue my workouts during this pandemic. Patty, thanks for all the coaching, both mentally and physically.
