Jocelyn, my daughter has always been by my side since she was just a little girl. Today, we are still side by side helping generations take back their health and fitness.
Since I was a little girl, my mom was and continues to be my hero and role model. I am so fortunate to have grown up in an active, goal- oriented, & healthy atmosphere my whole life. Growing up, I not only watched my mom teach classes and train clients, but I would also take her classes and help her set up for group classes. Today, I am so thankful for all the time I put into learning about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. Granted, working out was genetically instilled into my body, I truly was born with a strong love and talent for lifting weights! With the guidance of my own trainer, my mother, I have became a personal trainer/ nutritional coach myself . Seeing my mom help so many people with their health and fitness goals has inspired me to follow in her footsteps. Each year, my passion for the fitness lifestyle grows, and I yearn to watch others feel the same way!
